Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping Note: We ship globally except to Asia and select remote areas. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Halloween transformation! If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery confirmation.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must meet these conditions:

  • ✅ Items returned within 15 days of delivery
  • ✅ Products unused and in original condition
  • ✅ Original packaging intact
  • ✅ All tags and labels attached
  • ✅ Proof of purchase provided

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ❌ Dental Distortions (hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Half Face Masks that have been opened or tried on
  • ❌ Any masks or costume items showing signs of wear or use
  • ❌ Opened makeup or body paint products

We carefully inspect all returns to ensure they haven’t been worn to Halloween parties or cosplay events!

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Contact Our Support Team

    Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return template below to make it easy!

  2. Wait for Authorization

    We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

  3. Package Your Items

    Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  4. Include Documentation

    Print and include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.

  5. Ship to Us

Return Shipping & Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Recommendation: Use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
  • Refund credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Email confirmation sent when refund is processed

Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size, style, or product? No problem!

The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. Please specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and what you prefer instead.

We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item. Price differences will be handled accordingly:

  • Exchange costs more: We’ll invoice you for the difference
  • Exchange costs less: We’ll refund the difference

International Returns

Since we ship globally (except Asia and select remote areas), international customers can follow the same return process. However:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs
  • Returns may take longer to reach us
