At Cheap rubberjohnniesmasks Store, we want you to be as thrilled with your Halloween masks, costumes, and accessories as we are to create them! If your purchase doesn’t transform you into the terrifying or fabulous creature you envisioned, we’re here to help make it right.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Whether you ordered Horror Masks, Animal Masks, Costumes, or any of our frighteningly good products, we’ve got you covered!

When Can You Return Items?

You can return items that meet these conditions:

  • ✅ Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • ✅ Products must be unused and in original condition
  • ✅ Original packaging must be intact
  • ✅ All tags and labels must be attached
  • ✅ Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items (The “Beware” Section)

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • ❌ Dental Distortions (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • ❌ Half Face Masks that have been opened or tried on
  • ❌ Any masks or costume items that show signs of wear or use
  • ❌ Opened makeup or body paint products

We inspect all returned items carefully to ensure they haven’t been worn to any Halloween parties or cosplay events!

Step-by-Step Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your items:

  1. Contact Our Support Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to make it easy!
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include your Return Authorization Number inside the package.
  5. Ship to Us: Send your return to:

Return Shipping & Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive returned items that get lost in transit.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Refund Methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to appear in your account

Exchange Process

Want to exchange for a different size, style, or product? No problem!

The exchange process is the same as returns, but please specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and what you’d like instead. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

Since we ship globally (except Asia and select remote areas), international customers can also return items following the same process. However:

  • You are responsible for any customs fees or international shipping costs
  • Returns may take longer to reach us
  • Refunds will still be processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return
